Founders, CEOs, or senior leaders can join as Modelers — participating to signal commitment and reinforce the culture from the top. They support the Implementer but do not replace them.

  • The standard we hold: If a company cannot name an Implementer before we begin, they are not ready for the Studio. Maximum of 3 seats per company. This isn't a restriction — it's the mechanism that makes the system work.
